A devoted team with a personal connection to embryo adoption — walking beside you every step of the way.

Maria D. Lancaster
Co-Founder & CEO

Maria D. Lancaster

Maria Lancaster is the Co-Founder and CEO of Embryo Adoption and Donation Services of Cedar Park, Inc. Since November of 2008 she has dedicated her life to transforming the journey of embryo adoption and donation for so many couples since the inception of the organization. With a commitment to helping families navigate the complexities of this adoption option, Maria’s own experience as an adoptive parent fuels her passion and empathy in this work.

She is the proud mother of an embryo adopted daughter, Elisha. Maria has successfully expanded EADSCP into a national organization, establishing offices on both coasts to provide comprehensive support and services to families across the country.

Elisha R. Daubenspeck
Executive Assistant

Elisha R. Daubenspeck

Elisha, our dedicated Executive Assistant, plays an invaluable role in ensuring our operations run seamlessly. With her unique experience as an embryo adoptee, Elisha brings a personal understanding to the adoption process.

Her technical expertise has been crucial in navigating the challenges that arise in our office, and her commitment ensures that we can focus on what truly matters — supporting families. A proud graduate of Regent University in Virginia with a Business focus, Elisha’s skills enhance our mission of making dreams come true for our couples.

Cecelia Daubenspeck
Historical Records Coordinator

Cecelia Daubenspeck

Cecelia plays an invaluable role in our organization, diligently ensuring that all family records are meticulously archived with future generations in mind. Her exceptional attention to detail is not just a benefit to us but a true gift to the families we serve, as it lays the groundwork for preserving vital information that may be essential for them in the years to come.

Our records are kept safely in locked storage and also uploaded to Sharefile so we will always be able to access historical records. By safeguarding these records, Cecelia’s role serves our commitment to making sure our records will always be available if needed, now and for future requests.

Jenna Lowell
The Bridge Project Coordinator

Jenna Lowell

Jenna, a devoted embryo adopting mom, has poured her heart and soul into her role as the Bridge Project Coordinator at our organization for several years. Her own personal journey of adopting two sons as embryos gives her an empathy and understanding that resonates deeply with the families she supports. With a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Jenna is uniquely qualified to foster communication between adopting and donor families, especially during the special moments following the birth of a baby and in the ongoing updates shared over the years.

Her dedication to nurturing these connections ensures that families feel supported and valued throughout their journeys. Married to Jon, a pilot, together they demonstrate the true miracle of embryo adoption and what a blessing it is to all.

Amy Wondra
Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Amy Wondra

Amy, with a master’s degree in Social Work, has been a dedicated member of the Embryo Adoption Services of Cedar Park (EADSCP) team since 2021, focusing on home studies. Having navigated her own challenging infertility journey over 15 years ago, Amy understands the emotional complexities that many couples face, especially since embryo adoption was not an option available to her at that time.

Instead, she and her husband found joy in adopting their two wonderful children, Hallie (18) and Brayden (17), through foster care in 2013. Amy believes that embryo adoption represents an incredible opportunity for couples to build their families, and she finds great fulfillment in being a part of this journey with them.

Derreka Walton
Licensed Professional Counselor

Derreka Walton

Derreka, with a wealth of experience, has been guiding families through the embryo adoption home study process since December 2017. Her genuine passion for connecting with each family shines through as she embraces the opportunity to be a small yet meaningful part of such an important and truly remarkable chapter in their lives.

Understanding that the term “home study” can sound a bit intimidating — like a surprise pop quiz on your parenting skills — Derreka prioritizes making the experience as comfortable and relaxed as possible. Her approach is all about transforming what could feel like a daunting task into an engaging conversation, ensuring that families leave feeling informed, supported, and maybe even a little excited about their journey ahead. After all, who knew home studies could come with a side of warmth and laughter?
