You are interested in having a child or children, and this seems like a great way to have a baby. Many couples who seek us out have not been able to have children — and this option is just as available to families with a child or children who would like to have more.

Similar to the standard adoption requirement. Our own social workers can provide this service in any state in the USA.
Photo books and a family letter to share with a prospective placing family, so they can come to know you.
Once your match is confirmed, we ship the embryos to your doctor's clinic to be transferred to your womb. We handle all the paperwork and remain the liaison between you and the placing family.

The timeline can vary but her are some reasonable estimates:
If you have done all of your preliminary testing, an embryo transfer can happen within a few weeks.
We can be flexible on this, but would need to discuss your situation.
Background checks, financial stability verification, basic counseling on raising adopted children, a home visit, and letters of recommendation from family and friends. Our social workers serve every state, with the closest one sent to you (currently on Zoom).
Advised where available; these are generally offered in your local area, and your social worker will help you with this step.
Counselors and social workers are available for you — phone appointments are possible and encouraged to talk through your concerns.
This decision affects the child for the rest of his or her life. It can evolve and change — and frequently does — but it must be agreed upon by both families, and it shapes which families you can be matched with. We can discuss it with you; you do not have to decide now.

Your identities are known to each other; socialize as families as mutually agreed upon.
When thawing and transferring embryos, we ask that no more embryos be transferred than the woman is willing to carry — no more than two at a time, unless they are already frozen in straws of three. Recent findings suggest transferring one embryo can have very similar live-birth rates to transferring more than one; you can discuss this with your fertility doctor. Multiple births are not desirable, due to increased risk to the children and to the mother.
You will receive all the embryos the placing family has, so siblings may have the chance to be born in one household if at all possible — and you are not responsible for any embryos still remaining once your family is complete. We handle all the paperwork and remain the liaison between your families.
