Nora Arrived! August 27, 2020

Nora has an older sister, Molly!

Nora was born on 8/27/2020. She weighed 7 lbs 8 oz. She is healthy and strong. Molly is so curious about this new little person in the home. I’m not sure if she knows what to make of it all yet. She has been very gentle with her baby sister and loves to give her kisses. Molly is doing really well and she loves that grandma has been over to help out since Nora’s birth. She has been getting so much grandma love!

Nora August 27, 2020
Congratulations to Kate and David, and Molly too. Sisters are a life long best friend.

Miss Nora has an older sister from the same family of embryos. The girls will have a blessed life together and it’s just starting!

“Everyone shall stand in awe and confess the greatness of the miracle of God…. They will realize what amazing things He does.” Psalm 64:9

Older sister Molly, at birth born in March 2019. We are so happy for this family of 4!

Medical Moment… Did you know?

How many embryos to transfer?

This is a very important topic to discuss with your your fertility doctor.

Embryos frozen more recently, are most often frozen as singles. Other embryos may be frozen in pairs, or even more, although rarely.

Recent research has shown that elective single embryo transfers (eSET) have about the same singleton rate as transferring more than one.

Interesting! Here is what the experts are saying on the topic:

Do you have questions about how to do updates for the Bridge Project?

Start a Word Doc.

  1. Write your letter or note to your family, stating Dear Bob and Sue etc.
  2. Insert your photos, if you have them, into the Word Doc.
  3. Name your masterpiece and save it: Joey’s first birthday for Bob & Sue

Email your update to: maria@adoptembryos.org

We will take care of the rest by adding these updates to your adopter or donor Sharefile folder for them to see. They will be notified by Sharefile that they have updates! People love updates, and we love to pass them on!
