Seattle Reproductive Medicine to
host virtual symposium May 14-15, 2021
We work with Seattle Reproductive Medicine frequently, and we love working with them! This looks like a wonderful learning opportunity. It’s designed for medical professionals but there may be a topic of personal interest to you that you may find interesting to sign up for. Also, you can share this with your Reproductive Endocrinologist or clinic as someone there may want to sign up.
Seattle Reproductive Medicine has been a leader in working with families that desire to adopt embryos!
Medical Moment: Did You Know?
From Gentle Seed Doula Services:
“Kissing your baby changes your breast milk. Did you know that the undeniable urge to cover your baby in kisses serves a biological purpose? When a mother kisses her baby, she samples the pathogens on baby’s face, which then travel to mom’s lymphatic system. Mom’s body then creates antibodies to fight those pathogens, which baby receives through breast milk. What?! Amazing!”
Graduation Congratulations to
Faith Purcell, our intern!
Faith is a student at Northwest Nazarene University working on completing a 4 year degree in Social Work. She has interned for us for the last few months, and has been a blessing to us and our families. May 3rd is her graduation day, and we want to give her a “shout out” and congrats for the big accomplishment! We are blessed to have her here!
Thank you, Faith!

How Does Embryo Adoption Work?
I am posting this AGAIN because there is a lot of wonderful general information about embryo adoption and embryo donation here. This was produced by the Embryo Adoption Awareness Center. They did a nice work on this!
This is not exactly how every aspect of our agency works, but there is a good resource for a general overview!
You can download the doc here.

Do you have questions about how to do updates for the Bridge Project?
Start a Word Doc.
- Write your letter or note to your family, stating Dear Bob and Sue etc.
- Insert your photos, if you have them, into the Word Doc.
- Name your masterpiece and save it: Joey’s first birthday for Bob & Sue
Email your update to: maria@adoptembryos.org
We will take care of the rest by adding these updates to your adopter or donor Sharefile folder for them to see. They will be notified by Sharefile that they have updates! People love updates, and we love to pass them on!
