Update about Jamie and Charolette!
Thankful parents ~ Hailey and Terry

“We have cherished every moment as the parents of our sweet girls, Jamie and Charlotte. They make life so much fun and our hearts full in a way that could not have imagined. Through embryo adoption we have extended our family beyond our beautiful daughters but also in the friendships we have made with our incredibly supportive donor family. Sharing pictures and learning about each other’s family has been an unexpected blessing. We are grateful to Maria and Embryo Adoption Services of Cedar Park for matching us with just the right family and embryos. With their guidance through our
journey to become parents, we have Jamie and Charolette.”

Jenna Lowell ~ Our Bridge Project Coordinator story!

“Having a position working alongside Maria with Embryo Adoption Services of Cedar Park is both a joy and an honor. After working with Maria and EASCP through two adoptions and having our two boys, I always knew I wanted to continue having an active role within the embryo adoption community. After all, it gave us the greatest blessings and miracles we could ever ask for in our boys. Getting to work for the agency that changed our lives and answered our prayers by facilitating communication between donors and adoptees is something incredibly special to me. There is so much value in the relaying of updates between families as it helps relationships between all parties deepen and grow. I believe that my own personal experiences with this, being an embryo adoptive mom, is what makes me take this position so seriously while also doing it with a big smile on my face. Every time I get to pass an update on and see all of the precious miracles that EASCP has helped bless adopting families with via the generous donations of frozen embryos from our donor families, I revel in the beautiful way God is working within this agency to build families and am simply grateful to get to be a part of it.”

Medical Moment for February 2024 – The Role of Vitamin D

Does Vitamin D really matter in reproductive health? Yes!

“Human and animal data suggest that low vitamin D (25-hydroxyvitamin D) status is associated with impaired fertility, endometriosis, and polycystic ovary syndrome. Vitamin D regulates antimullerian hormone (AMH), FSH, mRNA, and expression of genes in reproductive tissues, implicating a role in female reproduction.”

Embryo Adoption and Donation – Reading Resources for you!

We get questions about how to talk to children about embryo adoption and their origins. We look for suitable books and share them with you!
“Our Story – A book for donor conceived children under seven years old explaining about their origins. This is one of a series of books and this book is for mum and dad families who have used embryo donation. This book is relevant for those who have used known, identifiable and anonymous donors.”
