This is Jonathan holding Asher at the hospital. Such Joy in him for us all to see! Infertility is a debilitating situation but overcoming it is a blessing from God that no one can deny. Congratulations Dad!
A baby changes everything!
Asher at day one. So many things to come, to experience, a life to live! I just watched the movie It’s a Wonderful Life with Jimmy Stewart, again. The Christmas special where the main character in a moment of despair is visited by his guardian angel that shows him, what the world would have been like if he’d never been born. It’s a little reminder, in a way what the world would have been more like if Jesus had not been born.. a world of darkness without hope. Each born baby through embryo adoption, may not have had the chance to be born but they did! Both donor and adopting families bringing new life and happiness to the families and all that know and meet them! Asher is going to have a wonderful life!
